I have about 35 pounds I want to lose. I was hoping to lose a pound per day, but it’s more like 3 pounds per week. I can see a noticable difference in my skin, my blemishes are fading and my breakouts are reducing in size and numbers. I think I might look for a stronger fat burner if my weight loss doesn’t pick up soon
