I am not overweight by any means, but I certainly have my trouble spots. My husband is in the military and we had a military ball we had to attend earlier this summer. The event fell the week I had my period, and I am the first to admit that I am a total wreck when I am on my period, not only am I overly emotional and crampy but I retain a freakish amount of water, I fluctuate 5-10 pounds, I am a total whale! I ordered 72 hr. diet pill because I knew it was a diuretic and I didn’t want my stomach to be protruding through my gown. I ordered two bottles, one to test out a few weeks before the event just in case it gave me the squirts or something awful like that. The first bottle was a success, it just made me pee a lot, but I expected that, I lost 6 pounds! I was able to keep it off for about 2 weeks and I eventually gained 4 of it back. With my second bottle, I was able to lose 8 pounds, I went from 130 to 122 in 3 days and I looked SMOKIN’! I highly recommend this product if you need to lose a substantial amount of weight, or you want to flatten out your belly in a short period of time.

This product worked great for what I needed to do. I had a tripped planned with all of my old college friends and I had planned on losing 15lbs before this big trip. The problem is I never prepared for it. I had actually gained a few pounds rather than lost. Five days before the trip I got 72 hour diet pill and started using it. It helped me lose 7lbs in just three days. I know most of it was probably just water weight but it did help my stomach and face look less bloated. This product worked great to help me look a few pounds lighter for that trip.
